Become a Member
Membership consists of four (5) classifications:
Regular Member
A regular member is an individual or corporation operating a repossession company, who is in good standing with the State of Illinois and meets all requirements as outlined in the State of Illinois statutes. In addition, a regular member must comply with all all local ordinances governing the municipalities it serves. A regular member must successfully complete the Association's application process, comply with the Association's insurance requirements, adhere to the Association's Rules and Regulations, and is otherwise in good standing with the Association.

Affiliated/Vendor Member
An affiliated/vendor member is any organization or entity providing goods or services to the recovery industry.

Associate Member
An associate member is a non-agency owner, operator, or field agent who is currently employed or contracted by a regular or charter member and is in good standing with the State of Illinois.
Application fee: Not Applicable Annual fee: $50.00
Sponsor Member
A sponsor member is an industry related business that is interested in advertising on the IRA website
Application fee: Not Applicable Annual fee: $350.00
Fee Schedule
Application Fee: The application fee is to be submitted with the membership application form.
Annual Renewal Fee: Annual fees are due on the second day of April. An invoice will be sent thirty days prior to the renewal date. If the annual fee is not received within sixty days after the renewal date, the membership will be automatically terminated. A member may be re-instated by completing a new application and paying an application fee equal to the annual renewal fee in addition to the annual renewal fee if paid within six months of the due date. Annual fees are non- refundable.
